Our stay was very disappointing due to the poor cleanliness and hygiene of the room. We found cockroaches, lizards, mosquitoes and spiders inside the room. More concerning, we also noticed insect/animal droppings, including on the bed. This made us extremely uncomfortable and raised serious concerns about the cleanliness and maintenance of the room.
A hotel room should at minimum be clean, hygienic and properly maintained. Unfortunately, our experience did not meet even these basic expectations. The management should take immediate steps to improve pest control, housekeeping and overall room hygiene.
