Room was clean and had great views of the city very nice room overall no complaints

The property was elegant and modern. Well kept and was very relaxing

Beautiful property!! Conveniently located close to a pickleball court, grocery store, shopping center and numerous restaurants!! The sky terrace gives you a scenic view of Panama City. The people are very friendly!! Can’t wait to return!

This condo was amazing! We will definitely come back every year to Panama and stay at Arcadia condo suites.

Booked on 6/27 and bought the travel insurance. Unfortunately, I needed to cancel the booking because it is not an approved lodging arrangement per my company. I reached out to Expedia to explain and request to be reimbursed within an hour of my booking, so immediately after. They told me not to cancel the booking through the app while they reach out to the vendor. Expedia was unsuccessful getting a hold of them. The in-app messaging system with Arcadia is a one-way channel. They send you an html attachment with instructions how to check-in and how to contact them. All forms of communication that they provide is an exercise in futility. They do not respond or even acknowledge they received your message. I never checked-in, I awaited to hear back from Expedia and after several days, they still were unsuccessful getting a response from the vendor resulting in me not getting reimbursed. So my money was stolen - every penny, stolen. I’ve never seen this level of unprofessionalism and incompetence in my life. The worst part about it all is you are left helpless because there is nothing you can do. With that said, I have a duty to inform the world so that nobody else goes through this nightmare.

Muy buen hotel limpio y a cogedor excelente servicio

The place is beautiful and very comfortable. I could see myself staying there long-term. Prior to this day, I was at a resort and that Resort cannot compare to this place. One drawback air conditioner did not work and I was told that I needed to wait until the next day for someone to fix it on the day that I check out..
