The overall experience was memorable and worthwhile. I like the closeness to nature and the overall serenity. The staff were responsive and friendly. The concierge in particular was very helpful. The only challenge was the kitchen staff. We ordered room service for dinner. It was very delayed. Breakfast was a bit of a challenge. Refills of meals for the breakfast buffet was very slow.
