A wonderfully restful experience with unique charm and great water pressure, lovely bed and great AC. The food downstairs is world class and service was impeccable. Very friendly staff and lovely room. Would definitely stay time and time again. Fully recommend!

Stayed for 1 night after a gig, room was clean, bed was comfy and the air con was super appreciated. I wouldn't stay for a very long time but it was great for our purposes.

The guy who checked us in was super friendly, helpful and couldn’t do enough for us. The double room was small, but we knew that before booking, but could have been cleaner, especially in the bathroom. Air con was a big plus, and although it had a kettle, no milk was left to make a make a breakfast cuppa. Overall value was ok, but could be easily so much better, especially above a great pub.

Room was beautiful, well presented and clean.. with all the amenities. Lovely aircon and shower.. coffee machine and comfy bed. Really cool place.. staff were amazing and the 50% off food on a Tuesday was amazing.. we had a beautiful stay.. highly recommend

Very convenient location for a visit to family. Easy checkin, the room was spacious with efficient air conditioning. Will definitely use again.

The accommodation is a highlight—the rooms feel authentically period with high ceilings and traditional features, yet they have been thoughtfully updated with a modern finish. The beds are exceptionally comfy, ensuring a great night's sleep, and the large showers add a touch of luxury that you don't always find in pub-based guest rooms. ​At its price point, the pub offers really good value for money, especially considering the quality of the decor and the convenience of having a great dining room and bar just downstairs. It’s a welcoming, high-quality spot that I would definitely stay at again. Staff were very friendly and helpful
