Great

Great friendly staff, good location, clean room, quiet cozy lobby with a nice coffee shop

Great hotel

Simply amazing, easy parking, helpful staff, love the lobby coffee lounge. The room was nice and clean. Only con is the coffee system, a Nespresso machine would have been perfect

Great

Breakfast was excellent, and every staff member I interacted with was very helpful and friendly. This hotel is exceptionally clean and has a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

I booked this hotel to use the pool for exercise as shown on the site. I was told it’s for men only. With the current 2030 vision towards global tourism, this was incredibly disappointing! As an American woman dedicated to building long term business within KSA I will say that even with my deep cultural understanding and appreciation this will not attract tourists from America. Even the staff said they were disappointed in the ownership remaining under strict segregation rules while the rest of Riyadh is transitioning in the direction and wishes of His Royal Highness. Bottom line, if you’re a woman visiting Riyadh, this hotel should be a hard no!

Very Nice room. Very Courteous staff.

Room what I take it was not what I book Room was big mess I don’t it dirt in carpet or burn hotel not worth 4 stars and this price per night Staff is friendly helpful but don’t have experience

Room was clean, only issue was with frigde that was not working. They replaced immediately but new one also not working. AC system I think still needs some improvement as it cannot refresh the air inside the room. Apart from that overall hotel was clean, new and staff were friendly.
