ดีมาก Great location close to Ponte Vecchio bridge. Within walking distance of everything. The Loft was clean bright and comfortable. Great laundry area with washing machine, dishwasher and sink. Outside 'chimney' area was great for drying washing. Plenty of closet space. We took extra hangers.. Beautiful bathroom with large double door shower with overhead and side wall shower heads. Firenze Rental agents responded immediately via WhatsApp to queries. Changed out the tv system promptly when we couldn't use the existing system. Lots of glasses, crockery and cooking equipment. Bed in living space did not feel out of place. Only downside was a resident who clearly doesn't like tourists in the apartment block and gave black looks then yelled abuse at us and wouldnt let us use the elevator to get suitcases downstairs. I reported the incident and the agents apologized and said it would be reported to the building superintendent. I would most certainly book with Firenze rentals again. They were very responsive.

I was given a different place than what I reserved and expected. Even though I showed the person helping me with the check in he told me that Expedia always does that. I didn’t gave him a lot of push back because I was traveling with my family and was not going to take the risk of not having a place to stay. So at the end even though the place was clean it was at the back of a building that was very inconvenient to go in and out at night and not on the location I wanted. Very disappointed!

Great location. Looks like the pictures. Host was helpful. Our shower was not warm, but since we were only there one day, I did not ask host to address the situation. Lovely place right next to duomo.

Wonderful apartment, perfect for our family of 4. The laundry machines were very useful and worked well. The A/C was excellent. The person checking us in was prompt and kind. Couldn't have asked for a better property and location.

We found this apartment charming, very clean, and you couldn't ask for a better location with it being just a stone's throw from the Duomo and center of Florence activity once you left the building. Communication through Expedia messaging with the host made it the checkin simple, with the host meeting us at the entrance of the building at a set time and walking us through the apartment. With hot days in Florence during our stay, the air conditioning was key, as were the three additional floor fans that we could move around which was especially useful for airflow at night while sleeping in the loft bed. We would come back to this very spot again in the future. It made our Florence days that much more special.

Location, location, location!!! can’t be beat! , Communication with the host was excellent. We got lost and he stayed on the phone with us with street by street instruction until we made it back! visiting Florence. I would only stay here.

Extremely helpful location on block south of Duomo. No view from our apartment like the pictures. But spacious and clean. Appreciate the full kitchen with a dishwasher

Great location. There was a cafe at the front of the location. It is located in a university building but you couldn’t tell. Only bad is that there was no English TV stations. Everything else was perfect.

ยอดเยี่ยม Clean rooms and person waited 1 hour for us even though it wasn't a hotel. Mai. Reason being FreeNow app for taxi and Uber app doesn't seem to pick up any taxi at all.
What we didn't like:
From pictures of property it shows balcony which wasnt there. Shower in bathroom was smallest we have ever seen.
Water pressure for shower was very low.
What we liked:
Very good location to visit historical places.
Internet was high speed 100+ Mbps
Room is very spacious, has kitchen, some utensils, dishes and cups.
