Room was ok and location is good, as long as you don't have a car. Other than that, it is a 3 star. Management is terrible. No amenities. Run down building.

Property was a bit hard to find. Yea it’s in a popular building, however the entire building is under construction. The building is actively being worked and covered when arrived i wasn’t informed where or how to access the entry since the hotel was in the 3rd floor. I had to call to get those details. The room had a carpet that didn’t look well kept but was still clean. It was very spacious and clean bathroom with an amazing location. Oh and you can hear the construction in the early mornings.

Hard to locate the hotel as there is no signs where to enter, it took us some time to find it. There is construction on 1st floor and it sims like you got scammed with the hotel. Ones you enter the glass door there is elevator that takes you to the 5th floor, that's where hotel is actually located.

Room smelled musty.
Possibly caused by the construction works going on in the hotel lower levels, which we weren't informed of until booking completed and paid for.

ยอดเยี่ยม Don’t get fooled by outside appearance of the building. Not welcoming. But once you get to the third floor you will be nicely suprised. Rooms are very clean, newly renovated and with taste. Highly recommended

Hotel was great albeit was a little surprised they had no toilets around reception. The location was questionable as the shopping centre is effectively shut and the only operating business is the hotel itself. Entering via a back door also didn’t deliver on that luxury feeling we were expecting. Staff was very friendly and delighted they allowed an early check in
