Zero stars. This was one of the worst hotel experiences imaginable. Despite having a confirmed reservation, I arrived after a long flight from Toronto only to be told there was no room available. I was left waiting in the lobby for hours while staff scrambled to “find” a room. The room they eventually showed me had no running water, no Wi-Fi, a power outage, and more than 14 live bugs crawling on the bed — all witnessed by the manager and room attendant. I was forced to leave and pay for another hotel because the service I paid for was never actually provided. Completely unacceptable, irresponsible, and disgraceful.

พอใช้ I cancelled this as on arrival I was told there was no booking I had already paid but was told I had to pay again so cancelled on the app and left.

Building had a damp feel and was not well maintained. Bugs and mosquitoes were visible.
Forfeited my reservation without refund and left.

ดีสำหรับการพักผ่อน
Unfortunately I was only able to stay one day in one room and had to cancel the 3 days reservation due to the need for renovation and mosquitos. Also, I had to renegotiate to pay less in Naira for the night. Plz do not charge my Credit Card.
The bathroom was great and the staffs were excellent
