The staff were extremely kind and helpful. I got to the hotel several hours earlier than check-in, and the front desk made it a point to have my room cleaned first. My room was cleaned and ready 2 hours earlier than the standard check-in.
Rooms and hotel were nice and in the center of everything. I would recommend this place to anyone and I would come back for another enjoyable stay.

The staff is very professional and helpful. The receptionist gave us a map and provided all the information about the city. The hotel is well situated very close to the old town. Our stay was wonderful.

The room was well appointed but tiny, barely any room for 2 suitcases. However, brilliant location and staff were amazing. Shout out to Oskar who explained everything and booked a restaurant for us on our first night.
Cost of parking is outrageous in Ssn Sebastián.

We had a great stay in the family suite. Plenty of space with a small kitchen and washing machine to suit our needs as weary travellers. The location was great for walking to the beach for amazing sunsets, river and old town. A small supermarket was across the road and plenty of choice of bars and tavernas nearby. Oskar greeted us with a smile every time we appeared. Thank you for making our stay very special.

Room was very clean. Water was topped up every day and at request. Oskar was extremely helpful and very friendly! Great location, will definitely stay here again if at San Sebastián.

The staff was amazing, they reached out to me a few days before arrival to ensure someone was available at the time of check-in. This might be a small thing to most, but I really appreciated the free filtered water that they refill for you. Saved us some euros. The hotel is also in a great location, close to the old town. Overall, it was an excellent choice.

ยอดเยี่ยม What a great location in San Sebastián. Walking distance to everything. Could not get street parking due to the huge crowds there on Father's Day. But underground parking was nearby, although not particularly cheap. Room was delightful. Good communication from staff
