Excellent accommodation in the most convenient location close to the old town and the port. Wonderful, friendly customer service. A little on the expensive side but everything is expensive in San Sebastion.

The staff were extremely kind and helpful. I got to the hotel several hours earlier than check-in, and the front desk made it a point to have my room cleaned first. My room was cleaned and ready 2 hours earlier than the standard check-in.
Rooms and hotel were nice and in the center of everything. I would recommend this place to anyone and I would come back for another enjoyable stay.

The staff is very professional and helpful. The receptionist gave us a map and provided all the information about the city. The hotel is well situated very close to the old town. Our stay was wonderful.
