Overall a very disappointing experience 😕. First I tried to cancel before arrival and they didn't respond in time and I was therefore forced to use this hotel... or loose my money. They said they "upgraded" me when I checked in, but I got the room I paid for. It was also very dusty, and a very long time since reparations has been done. Additional I woke up to construction work outside. Due to this the road to the beach was closed. The breakfast was great though..

A unique hotel. Whilst a little old and wearing out in patches the hotel offers exceptional value and gives the experience of a high-end golf resort for a fraction of the cost. Not sure if the golf is handled by other hotels but you are located on the course in amongst some failed developments ( not un-common in Bali ) If you overlook some minor imperfections you have a hotel with fantastic helpful staff ( shout out to trainee Julia in the great breakfast buffet ) There is a free transfer to the Dreamland beach, which is close by and is quite calm with lovely sand and has food and beach massages etc. Definitely explore the building it is quite unique with a cavernous party or wedding space upstairs. A variety of guests from different nations and it seems some long term surfer types too. At the price it is hard to beat and I would certainly stay again. The rooms are massive and the bed is huge. The room is basically a high end Chinese hotel room teleported to Bali... 15 years ago....with new sheets. Give it a try. It was low season so maybe we got a better room than other reviewers have. The balcony no view rooms strangely are in a long light well and look at each other.

Air conditioning was great. The pool is awesome. Its a grand old building with some defects but easily overlook them because of the amazing service the friendly staff and the amenities

WARNING PLEASE PEOPLE AVOID THIS NIGHTMARE HOTEL DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL THIS IS SERIOUSLY THE WORSE HOTEL AND EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE !!!! THE MANAGER AND STAF AND UNPROFESSIONAL… WE LEFT THE HOTEL WE NEVER STAY HERE AT THE END THIS HOTEL MAKE US WASTES 3hrs OF OUR ANNIVERSARY TRYING TO GET OUR MONEY BACK WE NEVER GOT A ROOM ALOCATED BECAUSE THEY MAKE US WAITING THE POWER AT THE HOTEL WAS OFF COMPLETE FOR HRS We arrive at hotel they makes us wait for 2hrs to give us a the room because they upgrade but asked to wait for a bit long the wait was ridicules like 35min to get same at the end same room booked what a scam so I when down again to ask where is the upgraded room they said because I didn’t want to wait longer they can’t accommodate us because they getting ready the room which was a lie because the hotel is practically empty !!! They make as wait 20min more so I went to the elevator to go around and the power of the hole hotel went off so lucky I didn’t grab the elevator otherwise I will be stuck in it horrible experience!!! And after this bad experience they have upgrade the room to apparently better one the more expensive one but when we got there not light no power no internet dirty towels water on the tub coming color dark brown disgusting the most horrible experience in my life I wanted to cancel the room and they didn't want to give us money back after all this nightmare 3hrs wasted at this hotel was the worse experience of my life AVOID

Overall the customer service from the reception staff was worse than terrible, my partner and I plus 5 other couples all stayed there for our wedding and as each of us checked in the tried to downgrade all of our rooms as they had double booked the entire resort, we had booked our stays between 6-12 months in advance, some of our guests required their balcony rooms with separate beds but the hotel denied this and only supplied a 1 large bed, 2 grown men had to sleep together, a mother and grown son had to sleep together, and when requesting for 2 additional pillows they charged us 100,000rp each per night. No attempt from the staff to provide us with any remedy to any of the booking issues which they had caused , and when requesting travel vehicles through the reception staff we were told no go and book your own Gojek rides. The quality of the rooms was not as pictured as I feel the room pictures were from when the hotel was originally built, some internal doors could not close for example the bathroom door. And when requesting water for the room to simply brush our teeth they tried to charge us. Overall worst stay in Bali I have ever experienced and we regularly travel there from Australia each year. 10/10 do not stay at ululani dreamland

Overall this property has the basic amenities, however, it is really run down. It is nestled down a long road with lots of abandoned and unfinished hotels- giving it an airy surrounding. Towels had dirty stains, shower pressure wasn't great and the views out on the balcony was looking at someone else on the balcony opposite from the room. However, okay for a cheap night that is close to Uluwatu and good if on scooters.

Poor customer service - very disappointing. We booked our room 6 months in advance and when we got there they didn't have any of that room available and acted like it was our fault. Her name was Mega

This was an insta vs reality nightmare. Beyond dirty, unstayable.
