Rooms were great. Staff very friendly and accommodating but communication was hard at times. Food is good but could through in some simple food as well (like pizzas) sometimes you want something simple. Very relaxing environment and would recommend it

Our room was huge for ny husband and I plenty of Room in the Premier Tropical Suite. Staff were ever so helpful and so friendly. Will definitely stay again

Do not stay in this property if you like. Clean room

Excellent resort but little disappointed with Food

Outstanding luxury accommodation, first class. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful, restaurants have fantastic food options, 2 huge pools, close to the beach and a short walk to other restaurants and Icon shopping centre

Nice room, friendly staff ..... ordering to room was average

Amazing hotel and amazing location close to everything. Staff very friendly and room very clean. Highly recommend this hotel

Great location within easy access to the airport. Easy check-in. Clean and spacious room. Good air-con. Clean and well-presented throw-out our stay. The food was excellent. The staff were incredibly helpful and courteous. The quiet adults only pool was lovely and peaceful and we were well looked after by their team of staff. The additional activities were well explained. The check-out was easy. In all it was a lovely stay at the Meru. We will recommend this to our friends. Thanks to all.

Beautiful, spacious room overlooking the beach.

Exceptional
