Our room was clean and comfortable, and we appreciated having a seating area space and spacious bathroom in our room. The staff was very hospitable and helpful, and amenities like pajamas, slippers, baskets for taking towels etc. to the public baths, hot water kettle and complimentary teas were appreciated l! Checking in and out was easy and the public bath for women was clean, calming and well-appointed! The location is quiet and transit was easily accessible.

Great location for walking to the train station (Kyoto or Toji) that can take you anywhere. Very friendly staff and very clean. Many eating options within walking distance

Highly recommend!! This was our favorite hotel in Japan - it is brand new, built in 2023 and clean, with very friendly and helpful staff. Very convenient location - only 2 blocks from Kyoto Train Station (with tons of shops/restaurants) and only 1/2 block from huge Kyoto Aeon Mall (has big supermarket and many shops/restaurants). Huge, tasty breakfast buffet with lots of American and Japanese dishes, including ham/bacon, grilled fish, grilled chicken, scrambled eggs, udon soup noodle, rice porridge, cooked/fresh/pickled vegetables, salad, miso soup, pastries, cereal, fresh fruits, juices, coffee, and tea. Ice cold fruit juices in lobby, and Japanese style baths in basement. Laundry room with 6 combo washer/dryers - same machine will wash and dry clothes, no need to transfer clothes! Our room was small, which is typical of most hotels in Japan, but had 3 beds, and the sink was outside the bathroom, so made it much easier for us to get ready in the morning. Hotel had 3 elevator banks, so we never had to wait in line for elevators. Hotel is very reasonably priced and a real gem!

Good location, close to Kyoto Station ( train, subway, bus). 3 minutes from Aeon Mall. Staff was nice and helpful. Strongly recommended!
