We loved staying in this hotel. The staff were so helpful. The location is fantastic. The rooms are spacious and clean. We would happily stay here again.

Great location and friendly staff

Great location! Room was very modern and clean.

We stayed 4 nights at In Centro Palermo in June 2026. Location was great. Steps away from many of the local attractions. However, the pictures do not depict accurately the front entrance. It is a big wooden door, not glass windows. Once in,the entrance and stairs to the property once again arenot accurately depicted. It is quite dark and dingy. The property does have a lift/service elevator to help with suitcases, which was helpful. The staff was only intermittently available however you could access them when on duty (which we never knew their hours) via WhatsApp. The front desk is not staffed during the day. The parking is only available by Valet and was difficult to find in busy traffic upon arrival. However, Daniele was very helpful to come and guide us to the property to unload. Be aware that it is €20 per night to pay for this valet parking. There is street parking however you are in the central location of Palermo and very difficult to find. What was also disappointing with this property is it clearly stated it had two twin beds however when we arrived, it was a bunk bed which was not clearly described in the description or in the pictures. We did not want bunkbeds! While breakfast is depicted in the pictures of this property, be aware that you have to walk a few minutes out of the property to get breakfast. The bar that served us was helpful and courteous. The food was fresh. While the property was adequate I would not stay here again.

A.C. could have been stronger and, for some reason, we were told we were not eligible for breakfast, which is odd for a B&B. That said, it was very clean and the manager was very helpful.

Excellent location, big room, air conditioning. Will stay again.

This place is a hidden gem in Palermo . Right in the heart of beautiful city within walking distance to all amenities. Daniel was super helpful with restaurants recommendations and transfer reservation. Our room was nice size and super clean with daily cleaning service, the area with free coffee , wine glasses was an extra touch. Highly recommended this place for affordable but pleasant stay in Palermo

Great location. Walkable to lots of points, and hop on hop off bus stop right at the corner of a building. Room is nice size with everything you need, and there is a shared dining area with microwave. They also have wallet parking for $20 a day.

The room was clean and perfectly situated in the heart of Palermo! The hostess was very knowledgeable and helpful. Everything was perfect !

The hotel is in a nice area within walking distance to many restaurants. Approximately 20 mins to train station and ferry. Rooms are quite large, clean and updated. Very comfortable beds. Bathrooms were spacious, however, the hot water was limited. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. We were able to check into our rooms early and they arranged private transport to the airport. Depending on where your room is located, noise could be an issue. Our room was located near the main entrance and we could hear every guest/ staff talking and the door shut each time someone would enter/exit. Overall, nice stay.
