Sooooo convenient for getting about the city and for trains to the rest of the country. Clean new property, the view was limited but not a problem. Would definitely stay there again when I go back to Busan.

Would have been a perfect stay if not for items being stolen on the last day of staying. On the last day, I came back to the apartment and odd items were missing - a gel eye pad and a memory foam seat cushion. I was packing to leave so I chalked it off to myself already having packed them in one of the suitcases. To my surprise, it is nowhere to be found. What a shame - I really loved everything about this stay and would've preferred to stay next time I come back to Korea. Never again.

The stay was awesome. Our family love the view and closed to Busan Station. however, it was little confussed to find the check in location since this is residential.

Washing machine broken in one of the two rooms we had. No English descriptions of how to activate the A/C - a seemingly endless set of buttons in each rooms that control the lights, the shades, the A/C, and each room is different. Most importantly, the toilet doesn’t take toilet paper. The hotel has a sign in each bathroom asking to dump all toilet paper in a trashcan. That’s gross and usually only occurs in the most basic hotels in the world. So why here?
The apartment is very nice and large, but the check-in communication and process, and the issues in the rooms make the stay barely average.

This Service Apartment was great. Close to Busan train station. Loved the area. A lot to eat around. 2 rooms perfect for family.

This place is spotlessly clean. Beautiful view of the sunset on my 47th floor room. So convenient to Busan Station with a walkway from the hotel area. It was a little high tech for light switches and toilet flushing but figured it out. Like the fact that the security guard is at the desk as soon as you enter. Beautiful building!
