Personal veldig hyggelig og hjelpsom 👍 Rom er rent 👍 Frokost er Ok 👍 Bare litt overrasket er Mini Bar List ikke helt korrekt da vi får rom etter check in , men det går bra likevel etter å ha liten samtale med dem 😊

Clean Room & Friendly Staff

WONDERFUL HOTEL We are travelling all over SE Asia & this hotel has been one of the best! Lovely entrance, efficient/friendly staff & great bar at top (restaurant looked super but we didn’t go to). I loved the pool (hubby liked gym). V quiet; hammock was relaxing. It rained but part of the pool/rest area was under cover so it didn’t matter. Luxurious stay! Comfortable beds, free waters/toiletries/teas etc, fridge, & a compact but clean/new looking room. We had great city view. Near bars/shops/restaurants & we used tuk tuks/taxis or walked to all the places of interest. We had free 15 min head/shoulder massages (Key was v good). I would especially like to thank a member of staff at the front desk: Sokhak. His English was fantastic and he sorted any little problem I had immediately. He’s probably the friendliest & most efficient person I have met on our trip.

Unbelievable experience with the entire team and Novotel. Personalized service and truly made me feel at home. I’ll miss every single staff member. Will only be staying with them on future trips, strongly recommend!

The Spacious Room is very clean and new, but the air conditioning is noisy. The bathroom design concentrates on the funky model but forgets the user-friendliness and space.

For a brand new building fit and finish is extremely poor.... air-conditioning wasn't working to set temp.....woke up sweating.

Nice hotel in a good area. Plenty of eating options within a walkable distance.
