Unfortunately they only had two pillows on the queen bed, one each. And they were the hardest memory foam pillows I have ever used. We actually ended up getting our own pillows as there were no others in the apartment. The bed also only had a quilt, no sheet, and there was a spare blanket but it was the itchy kind that I remember from school camps. No drier for laundry which is hard for wet, overcast, winter weather. Also had work being done in multiple areas of building, but wasn't interfering with our stay. And if you're planning on using a hanger for your clothes I would also recommend bringing you own as someone seemed to have had a chew on the ones available. Otherwise, everything else was good and no further problems. Large TV. Great location and a very easy check-in and check-out!

Was a great apartment, easy to access public transport and a perfect location for the Queen Vic Markets and eateries nearby. The only downfalls would be there was no dryer but there is a laundry mat close by and the water pressure was low but that is expected in a big apartment building. Everything else was perfect.

We stayed in this apartment for 6 nights and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. We found cockroaches every single day in various areas, including both large adults and many baby cockroaches, which suggests an ongoing infestation. They were mainly found in the kitchen, even though we kept the apartment clean throughout our stay and were careful not to leave food out. We would not stay here again and do not recommend this property to other travellers.

Comfortable

Good location, beds were comfortable, reasonably priced. The main issue was that there were 3 of us but only one key was supplied - as the key was needed for the front entrance and the lift, it meant that one of us had to go down to let the others in each time we split up. Rather inconvenient. The balcony door lock was broken. Also some low cost amenities (normally found at other places we've stayed) would have improved our experience eg. there was no coffee, tea, sugar or milk; only 6 hangers between 3 people, and the bare minimum of towels.

Very basic - offers 1 towel per person. No basics like sugar or tea provided.

A buy to let apartment, minimum everything, one pillow one towel, no flannel, no welcome pack, not even salt and pepper. Single key is a real pain as it is needed for everything so people going separate ways is an unnecessary logistics exercise. Some mould in the shower, heavily sweat stained cushions in the bedroom. Permanent residents unhappy about and unwelcoming toward short term renters using the facilities (pool, gym and sauna). Good location but that’s all. Won’t be using it again myself.

The pool was perfect. The dryer was missing, which is much needed in the apartment for Melbourne's weather

Was okay, basic and clean. Did the job, good price for the location.
