พอใช้เข้าพักพร้อมคนรัก
On arrival the kay safe did not worked but we were grateful for the prompt response from the emergency number and helpfulness of the lady who assisted us.
However, the bed/mattress on the left hand side of the room is not fit for purpose i could not sleep at all as springs/metal protruding up.
The 'fan unit' was not 'fit for purpose' either being extremely noisy and not producing sufficent cold air.
The shower was over the bath with a shower curtain and when pulled over did not provide sufficent light in shower.
I would not recommend or stay here again it was chosen for being dog friendly and near Ferry terminal.
I have contacted the Manager to express my concerns for future guests and seek compensation for the lack of sleep however they have refuted my claims, I pity the next person who stays in Room 1.

Another great stay at the New Forest Lodge - super convenient for a pre-cruise stay. Rooms are well appointed and great value, the Indian restaurant next door and a pub up the road is a bonus.

A bit too hot during warm weathers, no air conditioning and the property is located near noisy major road so it may be quite disturbing.

Everything was nice and clean. The room was really nice generous size. It’s a little outdated but not too old and it being clean makes totally up for that. Plenty of space for our dog as well. There was also a little aircon unit that helped on the current heat and a little fridge. Definitely worse the money.

This hotel is just fantastic. Plenty of parking , spacious clean room with plenty of coffee/tea milk and fluffy towels . The location is brilliant for the new forest and beaches . There is an Indian restaurant next door which is delicious. The hotel has a microwave and plates cutlery si you can heat up your own food or left overs from the curry . I have had the most relaxing weekend break at this hotel and cannot recommend this highly enough .
