I was thoroughly impressed with this hotel, thanks in large part to its excellent location – just a 10-minute walk from Lourdes church. The staff, however, truly sets it apart. From the moment I arrived, everyone made me feel welcome and valued, going above and beyond to accommodate my needs. Little noise at night time we could hear the cars and people talking, other than that I recommend this hotel 100%. Especial thanks to Sergio and the young lady who was there at the time of check in. Super nice and so willing to help.

Clean room and great staff! They help us a lot with the accomodation for my wife’s wheelchair accesibility. We really appreciate it. :)

Our was ok! Bit far from Grotto long walk! Breakfast buffet not a lot choices!

Very pleasant experience. Hotel was more modern than I was anticipating, with furniture in good condition and comfortable beds. Excellent attentive service at check-in and at breakfast.
