ยอดเยี่ยม The hotel was modern yet gave a zen feeling due to the decor and amenities. Our room was spacious, had a balcony, a sauna and a fuzzy bathtub which were very helpful after a tiring day walking around. Staff was super nice and knowledgeable of the area. Will definitely come back next time in Kyoto.

Our room was spacious and clean. Free coffee and tea in the lobby. Friendly staff. However, if I had to make a suggestion would be to completely get rid of the smoking room in the lobby. It’s right next to the laundry room and elevator. It’s unavoidable to smell it in the hallway as space is limited.
Free laundry room was nice - one tip would be to wash clothes in the machine then transfer it to the dryer. The drying function in those combo washers never worked well.

Front desk staff are friendly and speak multiple languages. Laundry room only has two washer/dryer and each cycle can take 90-120 mins depending on your load/need, and it’s always being used, so plan accordingly. The lobby area is very cute, with machines for coffee/matcha drinks. The delux suite is elegant, very spacious, with some smart features. The bathroom is huge with a large bathtub, and a clean sauna room. We loved our room! Location is great.
