All aspects of our stay were great! The staff were very polite and helpful, the pool was nice, breakfast was good and the room was exactly what we needed!

Our stay was fantastic, clean, bug free, and the staff was always nice and helpful. Frandi was who we dealt with the most and she definitely was a huge bonus as her personality was contagious and she was very sweet with us and especially our kiddos. Will stay here again.

Staff was super friendly and helpful with recommendations. Breakfast was great, 24/7 coffee available, beach towel system and even beach items in case of flying that you can borrow. Room was super clean other than a rather unpleasant stain on one of the pillows, but it was easy to miss and things happen.

Room keys didn’t work 3 times first trying, had to re set. The door? Then they wouldn’t work the next morning,
The AC was horrible and it was extremely hot all night ,

The hotel was terrible service, the from desk very bad service. The rooms were not cleaned and they took the towels and did not put new ones. The breakfast is very bad and the juice that is what people drink the most runs out and they tell you that there is no more and so everything is very bad. I would never go back to that place and I don't recommend it to anyone.
