Close to Tokyo station in a very walkable location. Room was clean and well stocked. Baths were good. They offered luggage storage before check in time. Would stay there again.

Nice hotel and central location

The location is excellent if you want to stay in Tokyo station area as it is just a stone throw away from Shin-Nigonbashi station which is next to Tokyo station. The property was clean overall apart from the overlooked rather unpleasant stain on the bed cover. But then reception gave me an alternative upgraded room to compensate for this. The view is not at all exciting as it is in the down town location. The large public bath is a big plus if you are familiar with this. It really helps you to relax. The check out time is 10am which a bit too early for me.

Hotel is nice and clean. Staff were great at close to a train station.

Stayed only one night before traveling home. The staff was friendly, our rooms were ready, the air conditioning was good, the rooms were clean, the wifi was working well. The bathrooms were small but functional!! Had extra sink outside the bathroom. The beds and pillows were comfortable! Used vending machines, had iron for the floor to share..no issues! Close to metro entrance!

It is very close the subway and easy to get around. Room is clean and the staff is very friendly.
