The hotel was clean and confy. The customer service was nice and friendly. The phone in the room did not work out so everytime we need to ask customer service, we need to go down. The wifi also not working well. The bathroom soap dispenser was broken in the room that we stay.

Centrally located hotel near the famous simpang lima..
Unfortunately room was not so comfy. only two pillows. one bottled water though they seem provide water dispenser on each floor
Breakfast has very limited option,
some fruits arent fresh..

Easy access and location. Nice coffee shop across the road, 24/7 convenient stores across the road and behind the building. walking distance to the city centre (simpang lima). But the wall is not sound proof. You can hear people walking and sometimes talking in the room or in the corridor. There was one night (midnight) out of 5 nights, the road was so loud with motorcyclists.

ดีมาก haka hotel is very good place with nice decoration room, the cozy restaurant and good price, good choice to stay here.
