Very convenient location, easy undercover access to the train station. Staff super convenient and very close access to all the food. Nice curry puffs near the escalator

More spacious 2 bed and bathroom unit with all the facilities in kitchen for the stay. Family friendly. Kids loved the bunk bed above the living room.
Restaurants are nearby and easy access main highway from the property.
One thing could be improved is to upgrade the tv to the smart tv.

Wifi wasn’t working when we arrived because the property manager hadn’t paid the wifi bill. Bidet was leaking in the toilet and no hand soap provided in the toilet. These should be checked between a guest leaving the next guest arriving.

I was a bit concerned prior to check in as I’d travelled a long distance and had no information re check in process. Was advised no concierge. Was relieved when I arrived and there was a receptionist who called the person I needed to speak to. Straightforward from then on.
Room was nice. Clean and modern. Room could be improved by having a full length mirror. I was told this had previously been requested but still not provided. Would have liked a hairdryer. Also, couldn’t get the TV to work. A handrail to help climb the steep steps to the loft bed would have also been helpful.

This was the second time we have stayed at the EST building. It's super well located, convenient to the trains and some awesome kedai in Brickfields. The amenities are great and the rooms are well laid out. Team running this apartment were well organised and professional. Would stay again.
