From the moment I checked in, the staff set the tone - warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. That level of service carried throughout my stay, but one moment really stood out. While I was swimming, the poolside staff quietly placed a glass of ice water by my bench without me even asking. It was a small gesture, yet incredibly thoughtful and indicative of their attention to detail.
Breakfast was easily the highlight. The banh mi pork was one of the best I’ve had in town. For dinner, Square One is a must-try, especially the Vietnamese spring rolls, which were executed wonderfully.
The hotel strikes a great balance between classic elegance and personalized service. It’s not just luxurious, it feels intentional and heartfelt.
