We stayed a night and the beds were decent and the communal bathroom was clean. It worked for us for a night. It also was near to metro stations which helped a lot as we used the subways to get from the airport to the hotel. It did have an ac which you need here especially if you are use to AC but the AC could be cleaned.

I've never seen such poor service, with staff who are so slow to respond and incompetent, not to mention downright rude, plus the place is dirty and access to the floor where the hotel/guest house is located is terrible.

A nice, clean and affordable place to stay in Milan. It's very close to the main railway station and the new business area. The shared bathroom facilities were kept clean and tidy.

It was a clean, friendly place. Figuring out what to do upon arrival was a little tricky, and there was road construction in the area, but that's temporary. Happy overall.

Very terrible thay I met, go to check in early , of course I can not because the rule is 2pm but the person like owner the apartment did not give me a sit for the rest. He told me that I can not stay to take a sit when the check in time is 2 pm. He is very very rude , a Italian rude man an

So far the worst expierience I’ve ever had on a hotel. The personel was rude and reckless. I arrived at around noon and they told me I had to leave and return at 2pm. Then after check in i realized it has a shared bathroon ( like a hostel), the room was super hot and when asked for water they told me had to go to get it from the tap in the bathroom. At night I got some food from the supermarket in front of the hotel and returned to the hotel and they didn’t had microwave and I asked the guy if I could eat it at the balcony on the reception and he said no. Worst was after check out I left my lugagge there and after a while my phone was almost dead so I returned to the hotel to charge it before leavig to the airport and the girl who was there told me I couldn’t stay there even just for 15-20 minutes to charge my phone. I had my luggage there so tried to explained just wanted to charge my phone before leaving and she was very rude and unhelpful. Again, worst hotel I’ve been and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Muy muy pet friendly. Nos recibió una gatita hermosa. El balcón era amplio pero no lo usamos. La habitación más grande que tuvimos en este viaje. Muy cómoda. El baño estaba afuera de la habitación y eso fue una nueva experiencia para nosotros. Pero muy limpio el baño. Los que nos atendieron fueron top.
