Air conditioning in the room was hardly cooling down the room, provided an old room not the renovated ones with everything old inside it and when asked for the renovated rooms they said that’s it extra charge which was not stated on Expedia. In a very small tiny room was me, my wife, a 8 year old and a 10 month old with 8 checked in bags, 4 carry on bags, and three backpacks!!! The sink in the restroom was cloaked with water all the way up when I was trying to trim my beard and wash my face!! The sheets on the bed smelled like old or not fresh something was weird about it. We arrived at the airport and we called them three times in a two week period prior to our arrival confirming the airport shuttle! We landed around 12:30 am and there was no one waited for us but instead we have to call them internationally while we were inside cairo airport to have someone comes pick us up which happend after couple hours and we slept in the hotel around 04:30 am after two long exhausting flights with kids!!!! Never again going to this hotel.
