El hotel es muy buena opción para las personas que se quieren hospedar muy centro de la ciudad de México. Todo queda muy cerca.

They charged for service dog. Which is illegal. No refund to cancel the service was provided. No cooperation to help with the situation.

Someone in the lower floors seemed to be smoking and we got a lot of smoke in our room. Very uncomfortable. Breakfast is great!

El peor hotel donde me he quedado en más de diez años viajando constantemente a Ciudad de México. Las personas de front desk fueron groseras, antipáticas y para nada serviciales.

Centrally located hotel with all the amenities needed for while visiting CDMX, highly recommended.

I was in room 702. Spacious Room, I had a Street balcony view. A lot of closet storage space. I was happy to see an iron and ironing board (ironing board cover needs to be replaced, it had a stain so it was difficult to iron my shirt) In the bathroom had a nice size counter and hand lotion. Bath products smelt good. The lotion was a great amenity which most hotels don’t provide. Provides two free water bottles upon check-in. After each day turndown service if you do not have your “do not disturb sign”, housekeeping provides an additional two bottles of water. Great Location for walking around the city. Close to Zona Rosa where the bars are located. Lost a star because Mini-Fridge does not get cold. Gym equipment machines do not work. They are outdated. I enjoyed my stay and would stay again for a future visit.
