Clean, nice. Self check in process is tedious

This hotel is located in a quiet residential area. We had a room with 3 beds, it included a bath tub, washer, small refrigerator, microwave and range. Everything was good except they did not clean our room on the 2nd day of our stay as requested.

My first apartment hotel, which is a bit different but all in all a good experience. Value for the money was good. The highlight was the washing machine and bathroom that had a clothes drying function where you hung the clothes and it circulated warm air. This was so much easier and better than our experience doing it at hotels in shared coin laundry. There was a stove, microwave, and fridge but not enough equipment that I'd want to prepare food here; good for keeping drinks and breakfast fresh. Beds were small but pillows were 1 firm 1 soft per bed which was nice. Not much of a view to speak of but good air conditioner and shower, table and TV that supported common platforms including YouTube and Netflix, but not Chromecast. Quite happy with the pick, location was good and manageable with luggage to 1 if not 2 train stations.

We had family of 5 in the room with 3 double beds. Small kitchen area that was great for grabbing meals from 7-11 or Family Mart and eating late night or breakfast since most places are not open until 10 or 11am. Laundry was convenient to have although the dryer function still leaves clothes damp but they give you hangers to air dry on the balcony or in the shower. Includes a dining table for 4 people. Beds were comfortable western style mattress with 4 pillows on each bed. Each bed had charging stations. Neighborhood is quiet and a 5 minute walk to train station, one train stop to Namba where there’s plenty of shopping and eating around Dotonburi. The lobby has cable locks for storing luggage and umbrellas you can borrow. Towels, soap, shampoo, slippers, toothbrush all provided in the room. We enjoyed staying here. No room keys, everything is PIN code

The washer was very difficult to work and kept falling off the thing it sits on, other than that, no complaints

Great location and easy to find. The room was spotlessly clean with lots of added extras like washing machine with powder, well equipped kitchenette and divider in the room to make separate bedrooms if you wish. If I was to be a little critical bedside tables would be nice and some patio seats. I would highly recommend.

The hotel room is spacious and we like it has little kitchen and very family friendly.

The room was decent sized. Had a folding wall to turn the room into 2 rooms between the 2 beds. Has a refrigerator that stays really cold, electric stove, microwave, and washer with separate drying room. Detergent was provided along with kitchen supplies. Slippers and robes for all guests. I took a star off because the beds were quite hard. Besides that it was a great stay and location is about a 5 min walk from the train entrance and grocery nearby.
