Good price, very clean.

Le personnel était très aidant, attentionné et respectueux, en tant que femme voyageant solo, je m'y suis sentie très sécuritaire. La plage privée était très bien, les vendeurs de la plage n'étaient pas harcelant du tout, ils passent une fois et quand on dit que l'on n'est pas intéressé, ils n'argumentent pas, ils souhaitent bonne journée et reprennent leur chemin.

This was my second stay at the hotel, and once again the experience was exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, attentive, and genuinely focused on making guests feel comfortable. It’s rare to return to a hotel and find the same high standards consistently maintained, but this hotel absolutely delivered. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well looked after, with great attention to detail throughout the property. The atmosphere was relaxing, the facilities were excellent, and the overall service made the stay feel effortless and enjoyable. One of the biggest reasons I chose to return was the reliability of the experience. Whether travelling for relaxation or convenience, it’s reassuring to know exactly what level of quality and hospitality to expect. The location is also ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and transport links. For other travellers, I’d definitely recommend this hotel if you value cleanliness, professional service, and a consistently high-quality stay. Based on two excellent visits, I would happily return again in the future.

Overall a great place to stay . Clean, well functioning . I had to go on a mosquito killing spree in my room. That sucked . Don’t leave the patio door open for more than a second . Cleaning ladies will come by waaay too early .. like 9:30. It’s irritating . Bolt your door and leave a sign on the door . They have tons of parking with security full time . A real nice pool and dining rooms . Just a great place all around . They need a decent onsite store. It has almost nothing . Rather pathetic and you’ll pay $7 dollars for a bar of chocolate . There is nothing in the area to walk to as it’s waaay out of town . But it’s very quiet , safe and secluded.

Very clean and quiet property. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly, making the stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Le petit déjeuner n’était pas à la hauteur d’un 5 étoiles et très incomplet. Les personnes travaillant dans le spa n’étaient pas super professionnelle et la prestation spa n’a pas été à la hauteur de mon attente.

Everything was great, I can't come up with a single thing I didn't like, which is unusual for me.
