ยอดเยี่ยม Ali was very accommodating and welcoming. He made us feel confortable and made sure we had all we needed during the trip. The rooms were very clean, and room cleaning was made when we needed. Breakfast was good and generous. Thank you again for this amazing stay

WOW. Just amazing! From the friendly staff to the hotel views, it was all beyond our expectations. Rooftop breakfast was delicious and abundant. Room was clean and spacious, beds were huge! I’m so glad that we chose this guesthouse to call home for a couple of days. It felt like we were staying with family. Highly recommend. Had zero issues with Uber finding the place ever on multiple rides.

Service was fantastic and prompt. Staff at beck and call. May sound simple but I do a lot of traveling and a hotel just as grand as New Museum without good service is a nightmare.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is unbeatable, with breathtaking views of both the Grand Egyptian Museum and the Pyramids right from the property. Waking up to that view every morning was truly special.
What made the experience even better was the staff. Everyone was welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel comfortable and well taken care of.
The hotel arranged everything for me, including my visit to the Pyramids and the Grand Egyptian Museum, which made the trip completely stress-free. They also organized my airport transfer, and everything was smooth and perfectly on time.
If you’re looking for a convenient location, amazing views, and a team that genuinely cares about their guests, I highly recommend this hotel. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Egypt.

Lovely and comfortable hotel not far from the GEM. It is quiet and the bed was comfortable.
Breakfast was really good, even for me who have restrictions on what I can eat.
Coffee was ok.
The WiFi can be patchy at times.
Staff are just wonderful! Ali is charming and charismatic and his colleagues too.
The ladies from the front desk are also great.
Although a few people might have mentioned that the access to the hotel is in a quiet street or alleyway, my Uber drivers had to trouble finding it.
Judging a place in Egypt by the way the surroundings are is really shallow and inaccurate.
It is a great hotel for the price they charge.

I have stayed at different hotels in Cairo and this one is one of the best. The staff has been the friendliest and most helpful out of all competitors - always asking if you need anything any chance you pass them. The room was clean. The rooftop restaurant with a pyramid view for breakfast was great. They organized a stress free shuttle for me when I arrived. When I come back, I am booking with them every time.

I just spent three nights at this hotel, and it was a fantastic stay! The room was recently renovated, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The air-conditioning system and bathroom were both modern and clean.
What truly made my stay exceptional was the staff. Karam greeted me upon arrival and was very helpful throughout my visit. I also received excellent assistance from Sandra and Hana. Everyone spoke English, and there was always someone available 24/7 to help.
Last night, Aly helped me order food from a local restaurant at around 2 AM. Since I didn’t have cash, the hotel kindly paid for it, and I settled the payment with my card.
Overall, it was an amazing stay with great staff. I will definitely be back!

I had an amazing experience staying here. The hospitality was excellent and the staff were very kind and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable, and the service made me feel safe and relaxed during my trip. I would definitely recommend this place to other travelers and would happily stay here again.

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. The staff truly go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. The airport lost our luggage and the concierge personally went out and bought us supplies the first night of the trip. All of the staff members were so friendly and helped us arrange Ubers and gave us recommendations on where to go. Rooms are spacious and decorated beautifully. The rooftop view of the pyramid and the new museum is breathtaking. Will definitely rebook here on my next trip.
