Booked a room with a ‘fully equipped’ kitchen - it had nothing in the cupboards and reception refused to provide any kettle, cups etc as advertised so couldn’t even make a cup of tea! Left jacket in wardrobe but housekeeping didn’t hand it in and reception not helpful - wouldn’t even check with staff or room. Beds hard with 1 flat pillow Doors bang when they close all night Reception only knew ‘it’s not possible’ to anything asked of them and customer service terrible. Pool snack bar not manned - only drinks available in day is vending machines Hotel is just soul less and really nothing in the vicinity of the hotel to do - bar Portaventura. Pros - free shuttle bus, breakfast is fab as are the dining room staff, room was decent size.

Very nice hotel, although more like a 3*. We had the apartment for 4 adults which was quite large, although not as advertised since our room had 2 double beds, instead of the double bed a bunk bed / two single beds shown in the photos. The breakfast is decent but the coffee machines are really old, slow and unpredictable. It's coffee roulette as sometimes a perfect cup of coffee is produced, whereas sometimes it's a few drops of dishwater in the bottom of the cup. Not a problem for me personality, but worth noting there is no hot chocolate available. The food choices were varied and all tasty, although sometimes could be cold.

Not a UK standard 4 star hotel. Air con didn’t work properly, the bed for the children was a pull down sofa which was very uncomfortable. Not a great choice on the half board evening meal menu. Wouldn’t stay again

The sauna and spa was closed and No complimentary beach shuttle as promised. Very disappointed because that’s reason I originally booked otherwise it was not worth it. I would like a refund

For stays of 1 and 2 nights, guests receive 1 day/2 parks ticket. For stays of 3 or more nights, guests receive 2 days/2 parks tickets. Discounts towards the purchase of tickets for Caribe Aquatic Park are available. Ticket availability is subject to the park opening dates; guests may check the PortAventura World official website for the schedule. During the summer season, the hotel provides shuttle service to PortAventura World. Theme park opening dates and times vary seasonally. Guests are advised to contact the property in advance for more information. On the day of arrival guests may drop off luggage and complete registration early in order to access the park prior to check-in time, but will not be able to access guestrooms until after 3 PM.
