This place is located super conveniently within walking distance of a lot of cool spots!

Customer service at guest check in needs extreme training. We were told that all of the parking was sold out due to community being able to purchase parking as well as hotel guests, so we needed to park at a neighbor hotel, pay for their parking and our hotel will reimburse us, but not for the whole amount, just a priced match portion.

Here’s a polished and professional version of your review: I was extremely disappointed with my experience. I paid in full for a six-night stay after booking this hotel a month in advance, but the customer service was consistently unprofessional, dismissive, and rude from check-in to check-out. Since I did not have a car, I asked whether a partial refund or any accommodation was possible regarding the parking charges. Instead of addressing my concern respectfully, the customer service staff made fun of me and ignored me throughout my six-day stay. On another occasion, I asked the evening staff where the best pickup location was for Uber, since I would be relying on Uber every day. The staff member didn’t even acknowledge my question or respond. The lack of basic courtesy and respect was very noticeable. Unfortunately, none of the front desk staff were helpful. To make matters worse, employees regularly stood outside the front entrance smoking, forcing guests to walk through cigarette smoke every time they entered or left the hotel.The swimming pool was also disappointing. It was dirty, filled with plastic float toys, and the area was crowded with people grilling meat and playing loud music. It felt more like someone’s private backyard than a hotel pool. My family has stayed at this hotel many times over the years, and I chose it again because I wanted to support an independent hotel that has been part of the community for decades. Sadly, this visit was a huge disappointment

This is a great place to stay with a family. It's right down town and within walk distance of everything. And it's more than half the price of all the other hotels but yet still clean and maintained a very well

Provide breakfast. Everything was very good.

The coffee cart was a lovely and tasty spot to grab breakfast yogurt and relax.
