ยอดเยี่ยม Very nice hotel! Has kind staff, clean and updated rooms, great AC, and in a GREAT area. I had a weird encounter with the room’s phone going off in the middle of the night, however. Also, there is no additional deadbolt on the door, which I was not a fan of — the hotel itself is great, though!

ยอดเยี่ยม It was our first time in London, and it was the perfect hotel!! The staff were extremely kind and helpful. The hotel was lovely. The beds were comfortable and our room was very nice. The location was the best!!! We loved that it was nestled in a beautiful area, where we felt like the locals. We could walk just a few blocks and have access to great food places, parks, and Nottinghill. I highly recommend this hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

Clean, modern, nicely renovated & comfortable hotel in Nottinghill. Staff were always pleasant & helpful. A/C worked perfectly, comfy bed & pillows, big shower w plenty of hot water. We had a basement twin rm which was spacious & perfect for my friend & I to fit all our stuff for the week. Bayswater & Queensway tubes are 2 min away, & lots of shops & restaurants there, too. Hotel street was quiet at night. Highly recommend a stay here for central London!

ยอดเยี่ยม We arrived early hoping to store our luggage. To our surprise, the room was ready! It was spacious and updated. The ac in the lower half was icy cold. The pull out area was warmer, but the perfect temp at night with the window open during the heatwave. Mini fridge had plenty of complementary beverages. Coffee and snacks were appreciated. The patio area was lovely to unwind after a long day. Staff were kind and helpful. Lobby was also a lovely place to wait. Thank you for 3 nights of our girls trip!

Overall, we had a good stay, but our first room was disappointing. It was located in the basement, felt cold, and had a musty smell that seemed to be masked with a very strong air freshener. We asked to switch rooms, and the staff accommodated us. Our second room was much better—cleaner, more comfortable, and made for a much more enjoyable stay. I appreciate that they addressed our concern, but I hope they resolve the issues with the basement rooms. The location was wonderful. It's in a very charming neighborhood close to restaurants and shopping.
