Check-in was three hours late, which wasted half a day.

The air conditioning was broken during our stay in OKKO. There was no technician to fix & our room was hot, uncomfortable to sleep. The manager promised that it'll be fixed the next day and it wasn't. The guests had a meeting with the manager , Gullame Bazenet, complaining about the AC not working & offered to solution at that moment. There were fans offered but not enough for all the guests. The hotel was nice & location was good. MY family & i were there for a wedding. Not having the AC made our stay at OKKO not so good. I hope that the AC is fixed by now. FYI, we traveled all the way from USA.

The hotel was very beautiful and clean and the room was nice. Although the air conditioning was broken for our whole stay. There was no option to open the window and the room felt hotter than a sauna. After the room was cleaned it smelled like a foul oudour of sweat. We could not sleep the whole weekend because of the hot room. When we asked the staff for an in unit air conditioner they could not provide this, the hotel only offered 30 percent off our next stay. Overall it was not a good experience due to the air conditioning being off and staff offering no help. Besides this huge issue the hotel was nice overall.

There was a heatwave in Paris and the air conditioning at the hotel did not work for 4 days. We were spending time outside instead of going to our rooms, we were leaving the shower sweating as if we were in a sauna. Trying to sleep in that heat was torture. Okko should have refunded some of our cost since we did not get all the services that were promised.

Well this is probably the worst review I have written about a place and we are on a seven week trip in Europe. We turned up and paid the city taxes and then the receptionist says, oh by the way, air conditioning is broken. It is 32-34 degrees in Paris at the moment. We said what can you do, oh not sure we have no fans left. We said is someone fixing it, oh not sure yet. We get given our key card and we go to our room at 3pm and two people are in bed. They man comes and says ‘Get out of our room’. So we go downstairs and say the room is occupied and people in bed. We get given another key to another room. The room is so hot and we could barely sleep. I looked at one week old reviews on Expedia and the air conditioning has not been working for a whole week. Ridiculous and feel like staff didn’t care and just telling lies. We went out all day and room not clean and at 5.30 pm we get a knock on the door saying is the room clean yet . No! We had three nights there, no air conditioning any of the nights, hardly slept. Miserable experience . Have written three emails and not one reply. No discount , no apologies . Stay somewhere else! It says it is 4 star, no mini fridge , only stinking hot rooms with small queen bed.

Claims to be 4 star yet hallways dirty and no a/c and no help in providing fans 20 euros for poor breakfast definitely not worth it.

Very disappointing experience. At check-in, around 5:00 PM, we were informed that the room we originally booked was not available and that the only option was a room adapted for guests with disabilities. We specifically asked what the differences were, and the staff told us it was essentially the same room, except for a lower bed and a larger bathroom. However, once inside the room, we discovered that the air conditioning was not working. When we reported the issue to the front desk, the staff already knew the AC was broken. Despite this, they told us they could not move us to another room. The only “solution” offered was a fan. The fan was extremely noisy, and combined with the heat, sleeping was very uncomfortable. The most frustrating part is that this situation continued for TWO DAYS without being properly resolved. There was no real sense of urgency, empathy, or customer care from the hotel staff. The attitude communicated was essentially that this was the guest’s inconvenience rather than the hotel’s responsibility to solve. A hotel can occasionally have technical problems, and guests usually understand that. What makes the experience unacceptable is the lack of transparency before assigning the room and the complete absence of proactive customer service afterward. The location is convenient, but the handling of this issue seriously affected our stay and overall impression of the hotel.

AC broke during our stay … miserable

I had a good stay at Okko Port du Versailles. The hotel is clean, with comfortable beds. Cotton sheets and down pillows. The breakfast was amazing, with salmon. 5 different type of cheese, omelets, fruits, chicken, prosciutto, salami, salad, vegetables, crepes, and a lot more. The hotel is very closed to a bus, a tram and a metro station. It doesn't have AC and it felt stuffy even on a 60 degree day. The furniture wants to be modern but it's rather ugly. The wals are not painted and look dirty. The room was not very clean. I found hairs ....

I booked a Premium room at the last minute on Expedia advertising obviously it offered air conditioning. iwas given a room on the 6th floor. Scorching hot around 26 at 10pm The air conditioning was not working. The staff told me they had had air conditioning issues for a few days and asked me whether I wanted a fan. How would that help the temperature to go down. Additionally, the bathroom was not insulated or closed from the room, but only but see through wonden lats meaning that any shower I would have taken would have increased the temperature. They claimed they had no other room. I stayed 20mn and left. This is bait and switch tactics equating to grand theft. Stay away, the bad faith I experienced tells you a lot about the hotel.
