The service was over the top amazing! The hotel is beautiful and has everything you need.
My only suggestion to the hotel is to please offer more choices for food. You have to spend almost $300 (Canadian) for dinner for two as there is no a la carte menu, it’s a set price and you choose your main, and have a buffet sides - or you can eat up at the rooftop bar, but it’s so limited. Why not have a proper menu you can order whatever you want. Many people on the shuttle were also commenting on this and if you read the reviews, people were eating at the 7-11 as there aren’t many choices around there.
Other than that, excellent five stars to this hotel and I highly recommend for a lovely stay with interesting programs like tea leaf rolling and a nature hike, yoga and more!
