We had a great stay at Black Rock Villas. They were quick to respond when we had any questions or concerns. The hot tub was a nice perk and we used it a little, it wasn’t hot but wasn’t cold. About 7-10 minute walk to the bus station in Karterados and not too far from Fira either. A little added bonus what’s that Sofia arranged a traditional breakfast from where she is from, it was very thoughtful and yummy.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay, all thanks to Sofia and Anna! Sofia is an incredibly warm and accommodating host who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. A delightful bonus was the adorable furry little friends who loved to hang around in front of the porch. It added such a charming, cozy touch to our mornings. We cannot recommend Sofia’s place enough and would love to stay here again!

Sofia was great at communicating ahead of time and helping us find the place as there isn’t specific addresses used on Santorini. Thank you for a great and relaxing stay!

Thanks to Sofia for upgrading our room! We got a more spacious apartment with a private jacuzzi (the water was warm). The apartment has everything you need: cooking utensils, towels, a hairdryer, and a large TV with YouTube. Seven cute cats live outside, one of whom is very affectionate and always sat on our window. The location is very convenient: a large Lidl store is a 40-minute walk away, and Fira is a 25-minute walk away. You can walk to Fira every evening and watch the sunsets; they are incredible.

The host Sofia was so warm and kind. She offered our children a complimentary breakfast (pancakes) their favorite and delicious fruits. I would definitely recommend and will be staying here again. The only issue was getting use to figuring out how to close the door, requiring a little skill.

C’était le meilleur accueil que nous avons reçu depuis le début de notre voyage. Plateau de fruits et petit déjeuner maison. Sophia était super disponible pour répondre à nos questions, elle à grandement facilité notre séjour.

We stayed here during the off-season and enjoyed tiptop rates and a very nice place to sleep. Safe and comfortable and modern and a great host with lots of local information.

I am requesting a refund because we did not get what was advertised. Our booking specifically said 4 beds. When we arrived there were 2 beds and a twin love seat in the kitchen area. The place was small, there was a horrible smell in the bathroom and the jacuzzi was cold..not usable. The bedrooms were clean. This would be a good place for college kids in the summer but our family needed 4 beds and we got 3.

Please ignore those negative comments. BlackRock Villa suite is well worth a visit. ♥️ We didn’t expect our room to have fresh bed linen or a change of towels every day. The rooms are exactly as the site suggests roomy, nice vibe, and plenty of space too. Sofia was a credit of knowledge for the local area. Whoever goes, please could you continue to feed Chanel and Junior the two most loving and adorable cats .. 😍😻

We loved our stay at Black Rock Villas! Santorini was our first stop on our trip, and our host helped make us feel more than welcome! This location is about a 20 minute walk from the bustling downtown of Fira, with some great coffee shops, markets, and restaurants on the way. Housekeeping went above and beyond our expectations! Would absolutely stay here again
