We booked the room but were put in the very top floor! It was over a hundred stairs to the top! If you have any luggage over above your carry on you are struggling! It was a small place for two People. They said a king bed??? No it was a double bed and a very uncomfortable sofa. It was a lot to pay for very little comfort. Location was good. Just the logistic are horrible!

Great location near to train station and city centre. Clean well equipped modern interior. We were on fourth floor so a lot of steps up and down as as advertised no lift. Good view of princess street

Well-equipped and clean room. Warning though that the apartment is on the fourth floor and there is no elevator/lyft. The free laundry facility was an extra bonus!

It was spacious for multiple nites stay. The apt was very clean and comfortable and had a living room to stretch out and relax. The kitchen had complimentary coffee/espresso, an oven, stove, glassware, dishes etc. The bedroom was small to get around to the other side of the bed but had lights, plugs, and usb charging ports. The bathroom was nice with w larger shower than at other places we stayed on this trip. We used the fan provided in the closet at nite. We also used the laundry room once to catch up on washing as we packed light. The stairs coming up were honestly tricky with luggage and that was the only thing we could say was a downside to the property, Overall it was comfortable, very nice and was in a great location from train station, buses and up to the royal mile.

This was a great place to stay, clean, comfortable, very calm. Great localization. Stairs can be quite something to climb. The management generated great communication. Would go there again.

Had such a quick one night stay and only wished it were longer. Great view w big windows and just a lovely space. The bed was not the most comfortable but otherwise such a gem and I would love to be back soon!

The location is excellent. Easy access to attractions by walking, train or car. The unit was very clean and stocked with all the dishes, towels and other necessities. The bed was described as a king size. I was told that this was a standard UK king size however we stayed in 10 different hotels on this trip and they all had large or what we call a king size bed. This bed was a North American double. The bathroom was size of a closet and great for smaller people but as a large man and woman we found it hard to even turn around. It was very clean and shower was excellent for the space. The tv is mounted to face sink so hard to view it from bed or couch. People need to know is that there is no lift and the property is 5 stories. If you get a unit on the upper floors you will need to carry your bags many steep steps. The last thing is they do offer baggage storage by using your code however we failed to see that and paid €15 to store our bags for 2 hours because check in was 3 pm and no early access.

Overall the location was really good, the price was reasonable and the suit was clean and well maintained.

This is the best place you can stay at Edinburgh. It is close to all major attractions and right next to the train station. Very cosy and super convenient. 100% recommended
