This hotel was very and well maintained, the staff were friendly and very welcoming, even when I asked for help, they sent someone to take care of the situation within minutes. I really appreciate them for their hospitality and kindness they showed me and friends that came to visit.

Dear Management Team, I hope this message finds you well. I would like to thank you for the hospitality extended to me during my recent stay at ONOMO Hotel Abidjan Airport. I appreciate the convenient location near the airport, which made my travel arrangements smooth and efficient. Overall, my stay was comfortable, and I found the hotel environment clean and well maintained. The staff were generally polite and helpful, and I value their efforts in providing good service. However, I would also like to offer some constructive feedback. There were occasional delays in restaurant service, and some minor maintenance issues in the room that could be improved. Addressing these points would further enhance the guest experience. Thank you once again for your hospitality. I look forward to seeing continued improvements and would be pleased to stay at your hotel again in the future. Yours sincerely, Sri Selva
