Great view. Friendly staff.

The hotel is very antique. Lots of halls with stairs to get into the rooms. My kids had “bites/bumps” in some areas of their body. Itchiness all over. I think the cleaning staff does a great job, but the hotel is so antique and there is wood everywhere, that maybe that’s why we randomly saw little ants. The linens and towels and bathrooms looked cleaned. The staff was very friendly, but the hotel was not our taste. The main entrance is very hidden and dark. Thankfully its location was good and they have great restaurants near by! Once again, the staff was great!!

Wow what a beautiful property- great location. Our suite was wonderful. It was spacious, beds were comfortable but firm and the bathroom was clean and bright. The staff was so friendly and assisted with all our needs. Arrival by boat was a little treat. Definitely recommend staying here. My husband and I stayed with our two young adult children.

Definitely old. No AC that was working, but probably typical for this type of property. About what we expected in this type of historic place. But probably needs some updating and maintenance.

It’s really close to the center which is nice you have a lot of restaurants just a minute away. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The property is old but it’s the essence of Venice

Clean room and super comfortable bed! If you like antique decor with modern amenities this is the place to stay! Very cozy vibes and just a 10 minute walk to food and tourist areas

My stay at Palazzetto Pisani was a mix of authentic Venetian charm and several important inconveniences that I believe should have been clearly disclosed before booking. We stayed in the Biblioteca Suite, and honestly, the room itself was one of the highlights of the experience. It was extremely spacious, very clean, and beautifully preserved with an authentic historic atmosphere. The bathroom was also large and very comfortable. One of the most impressive features was the Rococo-style artwork on the ceiling and the classic Venetian décor throughout the suite, which truly made it feel like staying inside a historic Venetian palace. If you are looking for character, history, and old-world elegance, the room definitely delivers that experience. The hotel staff also deserves special recognition. Everyone was very attentive, friendly, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. From check-in to departure, the service was excellent. They even helped us arrange a taxi to the airport, which made our departure much easier and stress-free. However, there were several negative aspects that should be mentioned. First, the hotel does not have an elevator, and this was not clearly communicated during the booking process. Reaching the Biblioteca Suite required climbing many stairs, which became very inconvenient with luggage. This could be especially difficult for guests with mobility issues. Another disappointment was the “canal view” description in the advertisement. Our room did not

The Palazzetto is beautiful but sadly the Music Academy next door is under massive renovation. This does not detract from the stay as the noise isn’t awful and starts at a reasonable hour. Would stay here again as the views are just magnificent overlooking the grand canal from the living room balcony. It is a very old property so not all amenities are in working order.

The location is amazing, the hotel is very beautiful, the only drawback in our room were swarms of ants

Location was great! Very cool old building with lots of character. We didn’t get to check out the restaurant on site. The staff was friendly. Hotel is close to the square and grand canal for easy transportation.
