It has been difficult to get in touch with reception. Phone calls are not getting through, and despite leaving messages, I have never received a callback or any response.

Tom’s Court is a basic hotel in a good location in Adelaide. Carpet in the room could definitely do with a clean.

This was the first time I had stayed at Tom's Court Hotel and, as a frequent visitor to Adelaide, it won't be the last. The positives of this hotel are its' location to my office, some great walks and to the light-rail and all at a very reasonably nightly-rate. The only negatives were some noises on the first night, the source of which I wasn't able to establish but which was not repeated on the other two nights of my stay, and the fact that there was no toaster in the room. Aside from that, the facilities were excellent and I very much enjoyed my stay.

The staff were so kind and welcoming. The room was lovely and clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. It’s so close to the tram line so travel was a breeze. Lovely coffee pod machine and tea in the room.

Room was clean as always and staff were friendly. Missing milk and sugar in the room for coffee and the little hotel ‘regular’ things like biscuits or enough coffee pods was absent. Didn’t make a huge difference but was noticed

Upon my arrival I was informed that the hotel has a no cash policy, so I had to go to a bank and put the money into my account and then return to check in. The room was clean but lacking in the usual nick nacks like bathroom packets etc. On my second night, I realised that instead of $100 deposit, which was stated,the hotel had taken $200. Upon checkout I was informed that the $200 deposit would be returned to my bank account that very afternoon. It is now evening and still no money has been returned to me. I have contacted the hotel and am still waiting for a reply
