The sheets and covers we're dirty. Location was great close to everything Staff was helpful.

The triple room was basic, clean and well maintained. There was a heater but no AC. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Shower was hot and drained onto the floor of the bathroom, but it dried up faster than expected with the bedroom window open due to the low humidity weather. There was one kind of soap for hair and body, no hair conditioner or lotion. A hair dryer can be rented with a 10 euro deposit. Overall a very pleasant stay for such a central location near the red light destrct, Chinatown, and 7 minutes walk to central station. Not noisy per se, but we found it's better to sleep with the window closed due to occasional noises.

It was terrific location for the central city. The room was large enough for all of us. The shower was a little wonky with almost zero incline so water got all over the floor. But everything else worked perfectly. Staff super helpful.

While the location is ideal for transport, The Globe needs to significantly improve its customer service, flexibility, and, most importantly, provide a secure way for guests to store their belongings. I would recommend looking elsewhere if you value basic amenities, a welcoming atmosphere, or reliable guest support.

Localização excelente, o quarto que estávamos apenas não tinha janela que pudéssemos abrir, porém não alterou em nada a excelente estadia. Recepcionistas muito cordiais!

Great location, staff very friendly, luggage storage available if arriving before check in time.

Very basic hostel - not a hotel. Room was just that, a room with 4 single beds. 1 electrical socket. 1 desk. Not overly clean, beds were not comfortable. Towels were provided if you asked at reception. All in all, a place to lay your head in a great location to explore Amsterdam. The issue is that it’s not priced to reflect that. Very, very expensive for what is offered.

I loved the stay awesome staff!

The staff were lovely. The area of the hostel is very close to everything, falling on the outskirts of the red light district. The room is very basic but that worked well for us!
