The cons were that the room was tiny and the tub-shower wasn't very good. The pros were everything else: Great location, friendly staff, a quiet and well-appointed room and a generous and tasty breakfast buffet. Very glad I stayed here. :-)

Cet hôtel est vraiment très bien situé! C’est propre ( malgré tapis au sol) avec une belle décoration de l’époque. Le buffet déjeuner est très bien. Le personnel est accueillant et explique bien aux touristes les alentours. Merci Casual Belle Epoque !

Loved this place- especially the helpful staff who treated me so well! Room was adequately large and had a small balcony looking out onto the street below. Everything worked - shower had great pressure, room was sparkling clean. Breakfast from 7 - 11 was plentiful with everything you’d want! I loved this place and if I come back to Lisbon I’m staying here!

EXCELLENT! Great location, very friendly people at the front desk. The best bag for your buck in Lisbon. Rooms are very nice and the beds are comfortable, the whole experience exceeded expectations.

room was clean. quiet, locaton close to everything

Very nice. Very close to everything.

Friendly and very helpful from the time we checked in. The night manager was the highlight very very helpful went above and beyond to get our daughter something late. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone.

Staff was excellent. Room was large, quiet and very comfortable. Location is fantastic - very walkable

Had a good stay, room was on the small size but clean and spotless. Hotel is a small boutique hotel with a limited number of rooms but great for a few days stay in Lisbon. Centrally locate, close to Castello de Sao Jorge, Praca Do Comercio, Santa Justa Lift and other sights within a reasonable walking distance. Had a nice breakfast with breads, buns, croissants, various sliced cheeses, cold cuts, vegetables, yogurt, juice, coffee and hot foods scrambled eggs, bacon, vegetable frittata. Had to leave for an early flight and they were nice enough to get a lot of the breakfast items out before their 7 am opening. Front desk clerk provided a map with details of getting to the nearby lifts to make the walking a little easier. He arranged a taxi to the airport for us and it was a very reasonable price compared to what we paid coming to the hotel. Were greeted on our way out to the airport by the hotel manager who asked about our stay.

Friendly staff. Comfortable beds
