Simply one of the best hotels of our entire trip. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and having the extra conveniences of a Hyatt House made it feel more like a home than a hotel. The staff was welcoming, and breakfast was a great way to start the day. The location is fantastic. You're close to the train and bus stations, shopping centers, a movie theater, and plenty of good food, so getting around couldn't be easier. What really stayed with me, though, was waking up and looking out at Kanazawa. There's something beautiful about this city that made us want to slow down and stay longer. We genuinely did not want to leave. I would return to Kanazawa in a heartbeat, and when I do, Hyatt House will be my first choice. Sometimes a hotel just fits a destination perfectly, and for us, this one did.

Best hotel we stayed in for our 2.5 week stay. Definitely best value for money

Close to station

Great hotel in a great location right above the station for a reasonable price

Our room was spotless, big and very good location. Love, love, love this hotel!

Great location and amenities. The free wine and beer was excellent too

Good to have complimentary drinks and very good environment. Shopping nearby! However rooms face very noisy train track directly. Just take note

Wonderful hotel. Great location

Check-in was quick and smooth, and the staff were consistently helpful, polite, and comfortable in English throughout the stay. The lobby and outdoor areas were lovely, with complimentary coffee, tea, and drinks available all day — a very generous touch. A well-stocked vending machine also covered meals, snacks, and additional beverages. The room was outstanding — spacious, spotlessly clean, well-furnished, and equipped with a kitchenette and cookware, offering a level of comfort well above expectations. An exceptionally pleasant stay, and we will without doubt be returning.

Great place to stay in the heart of Kanazawa which enabled us to use the local trains and also hire a car and travel to other locations around
