Save your time and money—stay away from this hotel.
This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had!
The biggest issue was the internet. I work online, and the Wi-Fi was practically unusable during my stay. I was told there were too many guests using it, which is not an acceptable excuse for a hotel that advertises Wi-Fi. I lost hours of work every day trying to get a usable signal.
The room had ants, and I woke up with them in my bed. The bed sheets had stains, one pillow was dirty, and the shower did not feel clean.
The service was equally disappointing. The older gentleman in the restaurant was consistently rude and unhelpful.
Another example: they charged about US$3 for a tiny bag of ice. I asked if I could take it upstairs and pay the next time I came down, since I had already been staying there and they were holding a security deposit. They refused. Because the hotel has no elevator, I will have to walk downstairs to pay first and then carry the ice back upstairs, which makes no sense. And first hotel any ways I saw that charge for that.
The restaurant also advertised a self-grill promotion but refused in a very rude way to serve me because I was dining alone, with no alternative or flexibility offered. And any where in the advertise said 2 people minimum.
The only thing I looked forward to was checking out!! I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel to any body. Waist of money time! Dealing with rudenes. What a disappointing. :-(
