• Physical tickets will be sent out by courier in early October, please contact Klook customer service team if you have not received your tickets by 12 October 2025.
• Please ensure the accuracy of the address you provide. If the address you provide for your order is not within the deliverable range, Klook reserves the right to cancel your order or ticket.
• Please log into Klook account, select the relevant booking and click "Amend" in the booking details to submit the request of delivery information amendment by 23:59 on 21 September, 2025 if needed. Any late requests will not be accepted. If delivery failure is caused by an inaccurate address provided by customer, the Organizer or Klook will not be liable for any compensation, nor will there be an obligation to reissue tickets, cancel orders, or refunds.
• The specified timeline may be adjusted due to the organizer's arrangement. Klook will notify you by email if there is any significant change.

【Pick up at the counter in Hong Kong International Airport】

• Pick-up details including dates, schedule and location will be provided by Klook via email latest by early-Oct. Please check your email accordingly. Please contact Klook customer service team if you do not receive any communication by 10 October 2025.
• Please show your Klook Booking Reference ID at the counter to collect your ticket(s) after order information verification (including but not limited to names and phone number). Staff reserves the right to verify your personal information to ensure the accuracy of your order pickup.
• Please collect your tickets at Hong Kong International Airport counter within the designated period and on or before the event day , and note that tickets cannot be changed to be picked up at the event venue or courier.
• Failure to collect tickets at Hong Kong International Airport will result in the inability to enter the event . The organizer and Klook will not be liable for reissuing tickets, canceling orders, or offering refunds.
• Please keep your order number and order information secure, and do not share them with any third parties. The organizer or Klook will not be liable for any compensation and has no obligation to reissue, cancel the order, or provide a refund if the customer discloses the order number and/or order information to others, resulting in an inability to collect the tickets.
• The specified timeline may be adjusted due to the organizer's arrangement. Klook will notify you by email if there is any significant change.

Ticketing Rules

• ⁠KlookCash or promo code cannot be used for payment when purchasing this event. No KlookCash would be earned from this event purchase.
• Each transaction is limited to a maximum purchase of six (6) tickets per transaction. A platform handling fee of HK$40 per ticket applies.
• Courier fee HK$25 will be required per ticket for Hong Kong local / Mainland China delivery.
• Platform handling fees and courier fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Physical Ticket delivery and pick-up methods cannot be modified upon successful purchase.
• Upon successful purchase, you confirm that all the information provided is completely accurate. The ticket(s) is/are not able to be collected due to discrepancy in the information or collection method provided, Klook will not be liable for any compensation or reissuing any tickets. The booking will not be refunded (including handling fees).

• The risk of mailing service shall be borne by the user.
• ⁠Seats Allocation: While Organizer and Klook will try its best, we cannot guarantee adjacent seating for all orders. Seats may be odd-numbered or not adjacent, and users must accept the allocated seating after purchase. The Organiser and Klook will not entertain any cancellation, change or refund requests arising from seat allocation.
• ⁠Once order confirmed, all tickets ordered or issued cannot be cancelled, modified, exchanged or refunded.
• Accessible Seats: Accessible Seats are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you wish to purchase Accessible Seats, please contact Klook Customer Service after the start of priority booking to confirm seat availability and verify eligibility. You will need to provide proof or valid doctor's certificate for verification and then proceed with payment procedure in separate webpage.

⁠Physical Tickets for the Event

• "RED on RED: Gerrard 11 vs Rio 11" requires physical tickets for admission.
• Klook Booking Confirmation or payment record cannot be used directly as admission of "RED on RED: Gerrard 11 vs Rio 11"
• Please handle physical tickets with care. Organiser and Klook will not be liable to re-issue, exchange or replace any ticket which is lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed. Any altered, photocopied, duplicated or scanned tickets will be invalid.
• All event tickets purchased through Klook are legitimate and comply with Klook's terms. Klook cannot guarantee authenticity of tickets purchased through other channels.

Terms and conditions

Spectators must comply with the Hong Kong Football Association Ticket Regulations and the terms and conditions set by the Stadium.

1. ⁠⁠Spectators must comply with the Kai Tak Sports Park rules and regulations.
2. Spectators must enter the Stadium through the designated entrances and produce valid tickets or passes on entry.
3. One person per ticket regardless of age except children aged under 2 who do not occupy a seat⁠.
4. ⁠Tickets sold are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
5. ⁠Lost tickets will not be re-issued.
6. ⁠Tickets are non-transferable.
7. In the event that the program cannot be staged due to force majeure (such as a typhoon or heavy rain) and the event organizer is successful in re-staging it within 48 hours of the originally scheduled time, no refund will be made by the event organizer.
8. ⁠No money will be refunded if, for any reason, a match is abandoned.
9. The event organizer reserves the right not to refund to any person who failed to comply with the Kai Tak Sports Park regulation and was removed from the Kai Tak Sports Park.
10. ⁠Entry of persons who are found to have brought prohibited items will be denied of entry.Prohibited items include but not limited to plastic, glass, metal bottles or containers, and bottled or canned drinks and food (except baby food and medication);, any items, flags, banners, buntings, posters, flyers, leaflets, and/or other promotional, propaganda and display materials, the contents of which are discriminatory, political, or have any association with racist, xenophobic, charitable or ideological nature or items that could detract from the sporting focus, compromise public safety and security, or restrict the view of other spectators and / or harm the reputation of the Event ; any kind of article, object or substance which could be used as a weapon or which may be harmful to health; any noise instruments; any remote-controlled flying devices or toys; and any other thing that may constitute an infringement of the Stadia Regulation, Cap. 132BY or, in the case of football matches under the direct administration of FIFA, the FIFA Stadium Safety and Security Regulations.⁠
11. ⁠Throwing objects, employing foul language and behaving in a disorderly manner in the Stadium are prohibited.
12. The use of umbrellas in such a manner as to cause danger or any unnecessary obstruction, or interference with any person in the Stadium is prohibited.
13. All the seating areas in the Stadium have been designated as non-smoking areas. During events, spectators are not permitted to smoke in the non-smoking areas; otherwise they may be removed from the Stadium.
14. The event organizer does not guarantee that those to whom the ticket(s) are issued will have an uninterrupted and/or unobstructed view for the match from the seat(s) provided.
15. ⁠Tickets shall not be used for any promotional purposes without the consent of the event organizer.
16. ⁠No person can distribute any promotional materials, souvenirs or give-away items or carry out any form of promotional, sales or marketing activity without the consent of the event organizer.
17. No video shooting or sound recording without the consent of the event organizer.
18. The event organizer reserves the right to reschedule the fixture of the tournament.
19. ⁠The event organizer reserves the right to claim for any loss against any unauthorized person in respect of his/her entry into the restricted area (including but not limited to the pitch area).
20. ⁠If any person behaves in a riotous, disorderly, indecent, disruptive or offensive manner, or engage in any act or activity which are not in compliance with the HKSAR legislation, and causes losses to the event organizer, the event organizer reserves all the right to claim damages and / or apply for other legal remedies.
21. In case of dispute, the organisers reserve the right to make final decision of the competition.
