The bus seats were very comfy and decently wide with USB ports so you can charge your phones and such. There was some kind of issues (potentially an overbooking?) that was concerning but got sorted. And even though we departed 15 minutes late because of that, we still arrived early to our destination. I would book again with Ubus!

i travelled from taiepi to hualein, nangang station to hualein station. i enjoyed my ride. also the view is amazing. thanks to klook app where I was able to get the ticket at the last moment. i will travel to hualien again and i will use this klook to book the ticket again.

除了火車票以外，另外一個供人搭車使用的系統，超級方便，原先買不到台鐵對號車票，無座位可以坐的，現在可以幫助我們有更多的選擇
