Customers who have purchased their tickets on or before 12:00p.m. on 9 August, 2022 may collect their tickets in-person at MQ Studio in Siu Sai Wan from 15 August, 2022 onwards. Nevertheless, customers who have chosen to receive the tickets by post shall receive it from 15 August, 2022 onwards.

On the other hand, for customers who have purchased their tickets between 9 - 15 August, 2022, they may collect their tickets in-person at MQ Studio in Siu Sai Wan from 21 August, 2022 onwards. To add on, customers who have chosen to receive the tickets by post shall receive it from 19 August, 2022 onwards.
