- Please note that the confirmation email and Klook voucher CANNOT be used to redeem the actual JR Pass in Japan. You may only redeem your JR Pass when you present your Exchange Order, to be collected by mail or at Klook pick up points. - JR Pass
- Child tickets are available for children aged 6-11; if there are children of this age range accompanying you, please book child tickets for them
- 2 children (aged 1-5) may travel free of charge when accompanied by an adult rail pass holder given that they do not occupy a seat, but a third child will require a child rail pass
- Children under 12 months old may travel free of charge

- JR Pass Eligibility
- Valid only for non-Japanese passport holders with a Temporary Visitor Visa and a permanent residence outside of Japan for 6+ months. Non-Japanese passport holders with a permanent residence in Japan cannot use the JR Pass
- Secure a Temporary Visitor Stamp at immigration to be eligible for a JR Pass. You must pass through the manual gates or ask a clerk to apply the stamp (if you went through the automated gates)
- Japanese passport holders who have been residing outside of Japan for 10+ years are eligible to use a JR pass if they have 1) a valid Japanese passport and 2) a Copy of Overseas Residential Registration/Certificate of Overseas Residence from the embassy/legation of Japan in your foreign country of residence
- 4G SIM Card
- The validity period will begin once the card is activated. The validity duration will be counted in natural days. For example, if the card is activated on 1 Jan, it will be valid until 6 Jan
- No outgoing calls, incoming calls or SMS service will be provided
- Networks Supported: LTE: 2100MHz/1500MHz/800MHz, LTE: 1800MHz (available only in Tokyo/Osaka/Nagoya); 3G: 2100MHz/800MHz
- Please note: This SIM card will not support some smartphones from HTC, HUAWEI, Xiaomi, Blackberry, and SIM-locked phones
- Be sure to check the device compatibility list: NTT docomo
- You cannot change or return the product after leaving the counter

- Data package is the total usable data in SIM card validity
- You can only pick up SIM card at your pre-selected location upon booking
- Please remember to pick up the SIM card during the service hours of selected location.
- Extension of SIM card validity is not allowed. You need to buy again after consuming your data package
