- A hotel pick up surcharge of AUD40 (Viano and Hiace) or AUD50 (Sprinter) applies if the hotel is located more than 20kms away from CBD or in the suburbs
- The driver's meals cost AUD15 per meal or AUD30 per day for full-day tours
- The driver's tip costs AUD5 per person or AUD30 per day for groups smaller than 6
