- Regular service hours: 00:00-23:59 daily· If traveling at other times, passengers will be notified by the driver of additional charges for non-service hour.

- If the waiting time exceeds 30 minutes, it will charge 200 RMB for the first hour, and if it exceeds the second hour, it will be deemed that the service has been used
- If typhoon signal No. 3 is issued in Hong Kong, the pick-up service can continue, but an additional fee will be charged: CNY200 to Macau / CNY400 to Hong Kong International Airport
